What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, city (optional), destination, visa type and message. If you become a client, we also handle the documents you share for your visa application.

How your inquiry reaches us

The inquiry form is delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email-forwarding service for website forms. Please do not send passport scans or other documents through the form.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare your visa file.
• To contact you about your application.

We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone except where needed for your application (for example, a visa application centre you ask us to deal with) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept for up to 12 months. Client documents are deleted after your application is complete, unless you ask us to keep them.
