Our service

Meridian Visa Consultancy provides consultation and visa file preparation. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, government body or visa application centre, and we cannot influence or guarantee any visa decision.

Fees

Our current fees (per person, in PKR) are listed on our fees section: Europe/Schengen visa file consultation PKR 20,000; USA visa form filling PKR 50,000, or PKR 100,000 for a family of 4. For other services we give you a clear, fixed quote before work starts. Government, embassy, VFS/TLScontact and insurance fees are separate and are paid to those parties.

Refunds & cancellations

• Cancel before we start work: full refund of our service fee.
• Cancel after work has started: refund of the unused portion, as set out in your quote. (confirm %)
• A visa refusal is not a reason for a refund of work already completed.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that all documents and information you give us are genuine and accurate. We will not prepare files using false documents.
